How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes – once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
At the moment, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. As a small business, we're unfortunately unable to cover return shipping costs at this time, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope to change this policy in the near future as we continue to grow.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes, exchanges are possible if the item is unused. Please contact our support team to arrange it.

What materials are Pawpiter bags made of?
We use premium, durable fabrics that are lightweight, easy to clean, and safe for your dog’s comfort.
Are the bags airline-approved?
Our Airline Traveler Bag is designed to comply with most major airline cabin regulations. Always check your airline’s specific requirements before flying. Also pls. look up our Travel Tip section (coming soon).
Which bag size is right for my dog?
Each product page includes detailed measurements. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us with your dog’s size and weight, and we’ll be happy to advise.
Can I add accessories later?
Yes, high mesh extensions and other add-ons can be purchased separately.
How do I clean my Pawpiter bag?
Most fabrics can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap or machine wash cold with noc spin cycle. Please see product details for care instructions.

What inspired Pawpiter?
Our journey began while traveling with our rescue dogs across Europe and the U.S. We couldn’t find a carrier that was safe, stylish, and truly dog-friendly – so we created one.
